Failure to submit your payment within 48 hours will result to ORDER CANCELLATION.

▪︎ The outer box/case/sleeve cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange, return or refund

▪︎ All of our orders are carefully secured & packed. Once we have shipped out / handed your item to the courier delivery period and handling of the shipment is no longer our control. Courier mishandling of the parcel during transit to your address is beyond our liability. Please note that we do not offer return, exchange or refund in such cases

▪︎ We reserve the right to deny any returns due to buyer's change of mind, in case the buyer have opened / unsealed the product and if the value of the product is deemed to be depreciated due to any trace of product usage, removal of label or tags, or disposal of box or wrapping
