▪︎ The outer box/case/sleeve cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange, return or refund

▪︎ All of our orders are carefully secured & packed. Once we have shipped out / handed your item to the courier delivery period and handling of the shipment is no longer our control. Courier mishandling of the parcel during transit to your address is beyond our liability. Please note that we do not offer return, exchange or refund in such cases

▪︎ Keep in mind that this item is sealed. Any missing, torn, dented or wedged inclusion in a sealed item is beyond our liability as this is already considered as manufacturer's defect. Since the item we sent you are sealed there is no way for us to know if the items inside are okay unless we unseal them but unfortunately we are not offering any unsealing of items. Therefore any factory defect found inside cannot be a reason for exchange, return or refund
